Senior Fullstack Engineer

In the Data, Technology & Innovation division, around 600 software and system developers work across Switzerland to develop tomorrow's technology in-house. We also collaborate in global teams and networks.
We shape and integrate the latest tools, organise hackathons, and our agile product teams operate self-organised and are fully responsible from A to Z.

What to expect

• You develop innovative solutions for specific customer interactions, from idea generation and business analysis to design and implementation on various platforms
• You design and implement modern interaction solutions on our digital platforms such as axa.ch, the customer portal myAXA, and for our chatbot solutions
• You actively share your knowledge, support colleagues in the team, and are open to being supported yourself
• You take responsibility throughout the entire development process and actively contribute in an agile and self-organised team

What you bring

• You already have experience as a fullstack engineer and want to apply and expand your skills from backend to frontend in an interdisciplinary team
• You are characterised by an independent, solution-oriented, and structured way of working as well as very good analytical and abstraction skills
• You have experience with modern frontend technologies, preferably with React or a similar state-of-the-art framework
• Your backend tech stack ideally includes experience in .NET (C#), Java (Spring Boot), cloud (Azure, Openshift), databases (MSSQL, MongoDB, Cosmos), and REST
• DevOps and agile methods are familiar to you, and working in a self-organised team appeals to you
• You have very good German skills for smooth communication within the team. Good English skills are a plus for international collaboration
