About the job
What to expect
- Overall responsibility for the structural optimization of the Indirect Spend of the Brack.Alltron Group
- Analysis of the entire procurement volume (e.g. using Spend Cube) and identification of savings potential
- Development and implementation of strategies for sustainable cost optimization
- Building, analyzing and further developing a powerful supplier network
- Leading contract and price negotiations with strategically important suppliers
- Definition and further development of processes, roles and responsibilities in Indirect Procurement
- Close cooperation with internal departments and consulting on procurement issues
- Participation in projects as a specialist for Indirect Spend
- Building transparency through KPIs, purchasing dashboards and OKR structures
- Regular cooperation with various locations of the group
What you bring with you
- Technical or commercial basic training with further education in the field of purchasing
- Several years of experience in strategic purchasing or Indirect Procurement
- Experience in building or further developing Indirect Procurement structures
- Analytical and conceptual strength in dealing with purchasing data and cost structures
- Experience in contract and price negotiations with suppliers
- Entrepreneurial thinking and pronounced sense of responsibility
- Structured, independent way of working with high initiative
- Assertiveness and negotiation skills
- Very good communication and social skills
- Fluent German and English in spoken and written form
