Idea Creation GmbH is an innovative and successful company specialising in the voucher and ticket business. With e-guma, we offer service providers a cloud software to sell, manage and market vouchers, event and admission tickets with their own online shop. Over 1,500 customers are already enthusiastically using our system.

You are an experienced developer, enjoy thinking in architecture and naturally use AI agents in your daily work? You take responsibility and drive topics forward independently? Then you are right with us.

Your tasks

• Further development of the cloud-based voucher and ticket system e-guma
• Development with AI coding agents (Cursor): specifying tasks, controlling agents, reviewing results
• Software design, migration and development with C#/.NET and React/TypeScript
• Analysis and specification of new features, closely coordinated with product and support
• Co-design of cloud infrastructure, Docker and CI/CD

Your profile

• Completed computer science degree or comparable education
• Several years of experience with C#/.NET and React
• Practical experience with AI-supported development
• Experience with Docker, cloud (e.g. AWS) and CI/CD
• Initiative, ownership and product thinking: you drive topics forward independently
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Good German language skills

Advantageous

• Experience with React Native
• Experience with the development of MCP servers or LLM integrations
