The Reformed Church of Chur is the largest Protestant parish in Graubünden with over 9000 members. Due to two retirements, we want to rejuvenate and restructure the pastoral team, which currently consists of seven people. We are a city-wide parish with six churches and a parish center. Our Christian actions enable public services in the areas of spirituality and pastoral care, social engagement, culture, youth and education, as well as for older people. Therefore, we are looking for a team player in the overall team starting in spring 2026 or by agreement
a committed and versatile parish person 80-100% who works as a generalist city-wide and places a special emphasis on youth work.
Your tasks:

Accompanying and supporting young people in our community
Developing and implementing creative offerings, projects, and events for young people
Teaching religious and confirmation classes
Focusing on work with young people after confirmation as well as the internal networking of activities for confirmands and those for primary school
Collaborating with schools, social institutions, and other organizations to maintain a network for youth
Co-designing worship services, devotions, and spiritual offerings that are tailored to the

needs of young people

active participation in city-wide church work and in ecumenical projects
committed performance of pastoral duties in all areas Your profile:
completed theology studies and ordination, in training for it or

willingness to undergo the corresponding training

experience in youth work and an antenna for the emotions of young people
teamwork ability, flexibility, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
creativity and innovative spirit in developing new offerings
