Do you have a commercial or medical background and want to apply your knowledge in the insurance industry? We are looking for a committed individual for a Swiss health insurance company who pays close attention, quickly recognises connections, and enjoys working in a team. In claims processing, you will make an important contribution to ensuring that insurance cases are carefully examined and reliably handled.

Your tasks

• You independently check and process claims and cost approval requests according to KVG and VVG.
• You support the daily business in one of the areas: outpatient, paramedical, or inpatient.
• You clarify open questions regarding claims applications in collaboration with trusted doctors.
• Your careful working method contributes to a high quality of processing.

Your profile

• A completed commercial or medical basic education
• Mandatory: Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as knowledge of French or Italian
• Ideally, first experience in the claims department of a health insurance company
• A quick grasp and enthusiasm for working on different matters
• An independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• An open personality, initiative, and team spirit
