We are looking for a competent and committed person to start immediately or by arrangement
HR Specialist 80% (Staff Unit)
You will take on the establishment of the internal HR function and work closely with the centre management and department heads. In this newly created role, you will contribute to ensuring that our employees receive reliable processes, clear framework conditions and competent support. You will support the management team in all personnel-related matters and take on the professional leadership of the existing HR administration.
Your tasks
- Establishment and further development of the internal HR function in close cooperation with the centre management
- Professional leadership of the existing HR administration and clarification of interfaces with administration
- Ensuring an effective recruitment process with clear job profiles, appropriate advertisements and structured selection procedures
- Recruitment of employees and support of the recruitment process including conducting interviews
- Participation and support in the personnel process, taking over the associated administrative tasks (correspondence, employment contracts, references, etc.)
- Development of central HR fundamentals such as remuneration concept, occupational health management and employee development
- Strengthening the foundation as an attractive employer and further development of a professional employer image
- Consultation and support of the centre management and department heads in personnel-related matters
- Professional responsibility for case management, attendance management and occupational health management
- Completed further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or equivalent HR qualification
- Several years of experience in a generalist HR function with setup or specialist responsibility
- Sound knowledge of labour law, social insurance, employment conditions and HR administration
- Experience in the care, health or social sector
- Proven experience in establishing HR fundamentals, processes and practical standards
- Expertise in case management, attendance management and occupational health management
- Experience in recruitment, employer branding and advising managers
- Structured, discreet and solution-oriented personality with appreciative manner, confident German language skills
