What makes you unique
- Completed university law degree, preferably with a lawyer's licence and/or doctorate
- Several years of professional experience are an advantage, for example as a court clerk at a federal or cantonal court, or an academic career in the legal fields of the I. public law division
- Good active knowledge of at least a second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language
In a nutshell
Apply your expertise in the diverse areas of responsibility of the I. public law division by dealing with complaints in public law matters and subsidiary constitutional complaints. The division deals with various fundamental rights (in particular legal equality, personal freedom, political rights, property guarantee and procedural guarantees), administrative law (spatial planning, building law, environmental protection, international legal assistance in criminal matters and road traffic).
