The future employee has functional and technical knowledge and skills to perform their tasks achieving high-quality results, can cope with significant workloads, and is able to meet the expectations and requests of internal and external clients with a great spirit of collaboration, maintaining good relationships with people from different backgrounds.

Necessary requirements

• Federal certificate of capacity as a domestic economy employee
• Familiarity with company cleaning and the use of cleaning machines
• Professional experience preferably gained in the socio-health sector (hospital, clinic, nursing home)
• Orientation towards change and development
• Proficiency in the Italian language
• Computer skills
• Availability for shift work (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) with flexible hours.
