For the Wohlen region, we are looking for a clerk for maintenance debt collection 80-100% (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Manage maintenance debt collection mandates
• Written and oral negotiations
• Create acknowledgements of debt
• Plan and carry out debt enforcement, legal opening, and bankruptcy procedures
• Submit criminal complaints and requests
• Correspondence with municipalities, institutions, and mandate parties
• Prepare annual interim reports and accounts

Personal requirements

• Completed commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience
• Native German speaker
• Very good MS Office skills
• Independent and structured working style
• Confident demeanour
• Resilient personality
