In the heart of the city of Zurich, the residential homes in Seefeld offer living and life space as well as day and workshop places for adults with various disabilities at different locations.
For the cultural café WHISper, we are looking for a:
Head of Gastronomy / Work Education (80%)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, organising and conducting the service operations in the cultural café WHISper
- Designing, implementing and monitoring service standards and service design
- Leading the kitchen management
- Leading, educationally supporting and training the gastronomy staff
- Leading and training specialist staff in the service area
Profile:
- Completed training in gastronomy / hotel management
- Experience working with people with disabilities
- Training in work education is an advantage
- Ability to learn, manage conflicts and work in a team
- Organisational skills and independent working style
- Sense of responsibility, openness, reliability, flexibility
- Appreciative attitude, creativity, patience and humour
