Tasks
Your tasks: You advise and support people receiving social welfare in reintegrating into employment or initial vocational training.
Assessment & Integration: You assess potentials as well as professional and key competences, agree on individual integration plans, initiate the appropriate steps and measures for implementation, and monitor their success.
Coaching: In complex life situations, you offer individual coaching focused on professional integration using suitable methods.
Networking: You maintain direct contacts with providers of integration measures as well as employers in the region and facilitate internships, training assignments, and supported employment in the primary labour market.
Projects: Internally, you contribute to concept development and projects.
Profile
Experience: You have several years of professional experience in coaching people in difficult life situations. Knowledge in the areas of employment integration, personnel placement, vocational education, and knowledge of social services in Basel is an advantage.
Personality: Your strengths include high social competence and independence, efficient work organisation, and a strong sense of responsibility. Good administrative skills as well as at least one foreign language complete your profile.
Education: In addition to your bachelor’s degree in social, educational, or human resources fields, you have completed a qualified coaching training such as a federal diploma as a company mentor or federal diploma as a job coach for employment integration.
Language: For documentation and report writing, you have a style- and spelling-secure command of German.
