Cleaning and Training Supervisor
The Building Service (SBat) is a central service acting as a service provider to other Directorates, services, and institutions of the cantonal administration. To strengthen the management of our cleaning teams and support the development of their skills, we are opening a new role at the heart of our professionalisation approach of our activities.

- Ensure the quality, organisation, and safety of cleaning activities
- Supervise cleaning staff while ensuring their ongoing training
- Coordinate the work of external cleaning companies and the relevant internal services
- Plan resources according to the needs and availability of employees
- Organise and monitor introductory and development training for all cleaning staff
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a cleaning agent, operations agent (AGEX), or logistics manager (GEI), or equivalent training
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field
- Several years of experience in team leadership
- Authorisation to train apprentice operations agents (AGEX)
- Fluency in French or German, with good knowledge of the other language
