Your Profile

You have completed basic training and bring several years of professional experience in a commercial or a similar field. Additionally, you bring:

• A strong understanding of commercial processes
• Experience in administration or order processing
• A careful and structured way of working
• Good German and English skills
• You are reliable and service-oriented
• Networked thinking and good imagination
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems

Your Tasks

In this role, your reliable way of working takes on a central role in the entire service chain.

• Handling daily business (disposition, ordering and invoicing)
• Support in product management with order entry and product documentation
• Preparation and deadline control of orders, shipments and sample shipments by air and sea freight
• General administrative tasks such as order processing, checking supplier invoices and shipping documents
• Creating invoices and invoice reconciliation, as well as bookings in the invoice pool
• Control, reporting and management of the service chain and laboratory evaluations Maintenance and management of products in the article master data
• Communication and coordination with international suppliers and internal interfaces
