Business Analyst

your role

• In collaboration with the project manager, ensure the implementation of a solution for a beneficiary service.
• Describe the functional and non-functional scope materialised by the requirements repository, the specifications document and the specifications.
• Support beneficiary services in describing and prioritising requirements.
• Ensure traceability from need to requirement and from requirement to functionality.
• Escalate discrepancies to the project manager if necessary, to iteratively evolve needs and the solution in an agile approach.
• Describe a viable solution that takes into account the framework and current directives/concepts: architecture, security, products and services, cyber administration, archiving, data protection, testing, etc. Integrate skills related to reviewing requirements, specifications documents and specifications.
• In collaboration with users, develop use cases and functional mock-ups.
• Promote user experience analysis.
• Write deliverables such as the requirements dossier, specifications document, general and detailed specifications, detailed processes, user stories, mock-ups, solution acceptance, change strategy, test strategy, project report.
• Support the project manager in steering activities, risk foresight analysis and change management support.
• Support the IT Manager in describing the functional architecture and IT processes.
• Support the quality and testing team in defining and executing functional scenarios and tests as well as their acceptance by the business.

your knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Certification in Business Analysis, IIBA, IREB or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in solution design and software lifecycle.
• Practice of agile concepts and methodologies.
