Your tasks, this awaits you:

• Passionate advising: You take responsibility, keep an overview even in stressful moments and actively contribute.
• Warehouse administration: From transparent cost estimates to procurement and billing to returns/disposal; you manage everything that arises in the spare parts warehouse.
• Customer pro: You support customers, mechanics and salespeople in a partnership and ensure top service and quality.
• Team player: Together with the workshop and vehicle construction, you do everything to make our customers happy.

What you bring:

• You are service-oriented and enthusiastic about technology and want to get the best for our customers every day with a motivated team.
• You have a good sense of business contexts.
• You are proficient with MS Office and modern CRM tools.
• Optimal: Experience in spare parts warehouse or a basic technical education.
• It would be great to have: SAP knowledge.

Your qualifications:

• Completed training as retail assistant in automotive after sales (formerly auto parts logistics) or
• Basic technical training and a commercial additional qualification / relevant experience in the vehicle spare parts warehouse
• Career changers with manual and/or technical basic training are welcome
