This former wine farm, dating back to the 16th century, has retained its old-world charm. 12 rooms and 1 suite, all elegantly and tastefully decorated, offer a magnificent view of the vines, the Rhône or the mountains.

To complete our team, we are looking for a kitchen assistant

Job Description

• Assist the chefs de partie with mise en place, preparation and plating of dishes in accordance with the establishment's technical and aesthetic standards.
• Ensure the tidiness and maintenance of the workstation.
• Comply with HACCP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of culinary techniques.
• Knowledge of hygiene rules (HACCP) and food safety.
• Knowledge of products and use of kitchen equipment.
• Willingness to learn and progress within an experienced team.

Your profile:

• Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a cook (or deemed equivalent) or successful initial experience in a starred establishment.
• Motivated with a team spirit and the ability to work in a demanding environment.
• Dynamic, punctual and motivated.
• Neat appearance and professional attitude.
• Minimum C1 level in French required.
