The Echaud Foundation is a socio-educational institution that welcomes 80 adults with multiple disabilities or medically recognized severe cerebral palsy, often also presenting various additional disorders and deficiencies. We are looking for, starting April 1, 2026, a:
- Work within a team of dynamic socio-professional masters, with a large degree of autonomy.
- Offer varied activities in personal development workshops.
- Work in collaboration and be attentive to the educational teams supporting the beneficiaries.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team for the development and monitoring of the beneficiaries' educational projects.
- Participate in support review meetings for the beneficiaries.
- Collaborate with families and legal representatives.
- Maintain and update the beneficiaries' follow-up files.
The Profile:
- Diploma of socio-professional master or equivalent qualification.
- Interest in multiple disabilities.
- Interest in integrating and engaging in a comprehensive support concept for the beneficiary.
- Ease both in teamwork and individual work.
- Ability to adapt proposed activities according to the needs and pace of the beneficiaries.
- Creative spirit
