Role:
Established IT landscapes need someone who keeps an overview and sets priorities correctly. That is exactly what the role of Application & System Administrator entails. You keep applications and systems running, develop them strategically, and are the first point of contact for all IT questions in the company. You translate technical topics understandably between departments, external service providers, and management. Those who show initiative and like to drive projects forward themselves fit in perfectly here.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the operation of the entire IT system landscape and continuously develop it further.
You manage external IT partners across all support levels and take on 2nd-level support yourself.
You lead IT and organisational projects from planning to implementation.
You create process and system documentation carefully and keep it up to date.
In addition, you familiarise employees with the use of IT applications and assist with questions.
You also take care of IT hardware and the associated infrastructure.
Qualifications:
A completed IT education, such as an IT specialist EFZ, or an equivalent qualification forms your basis.
You have several years of experience in the IT field, ideally in an SME or manufacturing company.
You are familiar with ERP systems, as well as interfaces, data flows, and operational processes.
Solid knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Office 365), as well as network technology and server administration, characterises you.
Experience with CRM, production, or infrastructure processes further enhances your profile.
In addition, you score with a pragmatic hands-on mentality, good language skills in German and French, and the ability to patiently convey technical content.
