The Client Channels division shapes the digital and physical channels of Zürcher Kantonalbank, ensuring an efficient and trustworthy customer experience. In this role, you take on a central function in the further development of our digital onboarding and product opening processes. Together with an interdisciplinary team of experts, you develop future-proof solutions and drive the strategic conception and design of these processes forward. Thanks to your proven experience, you combine regulatory requirements and user-friendliness in an optimal way to create future-proof and trustworthy customer experiences.
Your tasks
- Strategic conception of digital onboarding and product opening processes with a focus on user-friendliness, efficiency, and future viability
- Analysing existing workflows, identifying improvement potentials, and developing clear, future-oriented process models
- Translating process vision into clear target images and structured artefacts (e.g. E2E process documentation, BPMN diagrams) as a basis for later feature development and implementation
- Collaborating with UX experts, developing compelling storylines, and participating in user tests
- Proactively coordinating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as product management, sales, IT, legal & compliance
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and security-related requirements in process design
Your profile
- University degree (Uni/FH) in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable field
- At least 6 years of professional experience in the environment of digital channels or digital banking, with a significant part focused on digital client lifecycle and onboarding processes
- Several years of experience as a business analyst/engineer in a comparable environment as well as the ability to translate strategic goals into concrete measures and innovative solutions are essential
- Profound technical understanding of modern IT architectures as well as the ability to communicate on equal terms with architecture managers and developers and actively shape the interaction of key components
- Good understanding of user-centred design
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders (e.g. product management, sales, IT, legal & compliance) and to communicate complex matters clearly
- Open-minded, empathetic personality with team player qualities, high independence, strong self-motivation, and a solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills in the German language
