Job Description

We operate SAP4 Hana as a global ERP (modules used: EWM and SCWM, MM, HR, PPM, and FI and CO) and wish to strengthen the existing team to internalize part of the system maintenance and evolution. The tasks to be assigned are as follows:

• Manage user accounts and rights, roles, and catalogs
• Modify settings such as shift plans, company calendar, door management, or DA corrections
• Respond to requests from user departments, including:
• mastery of business processes
• simplification for employees
• support and understanding of problems and requests
• testing modifications and bugs
• anticipation of advice requests
• Transport changes between environments
• If necessary, open and follow up requests with the subcontractor

Qualifications

To successfully carry out this varied position, you are a curious person, mastering the technical aspects of SAP, and enjoy collaborating directly with the requesting departments. Thanks to your quick understanding of flows and processes, you maintain smooth and effective collaboration with the different sectors. To ensure the technical part of the position, the following qualifications are necessary:

• IT specialist training with a Federal VET Diploma or equivalent; management IT diploma for more senior profiles (professional or university level)
• BC-Admin profile with in-depth knowledge in a SAP module (logistics and/or purchasing and/or accounting)
