We are looking for you for the acute psychiatry for adults at the Winterthur location
Senior Physician 80 - 100%
These are your tasks
- Specialist therapeutic leadership and overall responsibility in the management and coordination of two of five acute wards in close cooperation with the nursing management and the chief physician
- Specialist therapeutic leadership and further development of the consultation and liaison service (C&L) for external social psychiatric homes
- Ensuring a modern needs-oriented basic care in the acute area including the quality assurance system of ipw
- Development and implementation of upcoming care projects of ipw, in coordination with independent and municipal providers of all psychiatric care levels
- Member of the management of the acute psychiatry for adults and co-responsible for leadership, quality and communication
What you bring with you
- Proven expertise with a focus on acute and social psychiatric topics
- Several years of leadership experience in at least a senior physician position
- Open-minded, professional attitude towards empirical knowledge standards and operationalised treatment measurement
- Energetic, integrative and mediating personality with a sense of team spirit, networking and active change processes
