Your future field of responsibility

Preparing dishes in the Mövenpick restaurant in the à la carte business as well as in the banquet kitchen
Processing seasonal and regional products
Preparation of menus or special promotional dishes as well as staff meals
Preparation of workstations; mise en place activities
Independent working and the associated tasks
Compliance with hygiene standards according to HACCP as well as Mövenpick and Accor
Implementation and adherence to the Mövenpick Guest Experience Quality Standards
Training of new employees and mentoring of trainees
In the absence of the Executive Chef and Deputy Head Chef, you ensure a smooth process during the shift
Participation in F&B meetings

Your profile

Completed training as a cook in the hotel/restaurant industry
First professional experience in the kitchen
Very good German skills as well as good knowledge of English
Enjoyment in preparing food as well as careful and cost-conscious handling of it
High quality awareness and identification with the area of responsibility
Guest and service orientation with an eye for detail
High motivation and contribution of own ideas as well as creativity
Reliability and high resilience
Natural friendliness, well-groomed appearance and good manners
Flexibility and team spirit
