Purpose of the Role
The Project ManagerFacilityisresponsibleforplanning,coordinating,anddeliveringnewconstruction,renovation,andinfrastructureprojectsattheHaagsite. The roleensuresthatprojectsarecompletedsafely, ontime,withinbudget,andin linewithoperationalrequirements,whilesupportingtheongoingdevelopmentofthesite'sbuildingandtechnicalinfrastructure.
Responsibilities

ManageandcoordinatenewconstructionandrenovationprojectsattheHaagsite.

Develop, plan,andleadconstructionprojects,includingsite management, costplanning,budgeting,andprojectcontrolling.

DesignandadvanceHVAC (heating,ventilation,airconditioning,andsanitation)projectsincollaborationwithinternalstakeholders.

Prepare conceptualdesignsandcoordinateprojectplanningwithexternalengineeringanddesignconsultants.

Supportbuilding permitapplicationsandapprovalprocessesincooperationwithexternalplanningoffices.

Developandmaintainconstructionscheduleswhilealigningprojectactivitieswithongoingsiteoperationsandprojectobjectives.

Coordinatemultidisciplinaryprojectactivitiesacrossconstruction, HVAC,electrical, buildingautomation(MSR),cleanroom,andfireprotectiondisciplines.

Managetenderingprocessesandsupportcontractawardsincollaborationwiththecentralprocurementteam.

Overseeconstructionexecution,ensuringcompliancewithquality, budget,andschedulerequirements.

Coordinateprojectacceptanceactivities,managedefectresolution,andensuresuccessfulhandovertoendusers.

Participate intheon-callrotationteam fortechnicalalarmsandemergencysituations.
Qualifications

Completedtechnicaleducationin a relevantfieldsuchasInstallationEngineering, HVACPlanning,MechanicalEngineering, or acomparablediscipline.

Proficiencyin GermanandEnglish,bothwrittenandspoken.

Furthereducationorprofessionaldevelopmentin Building Services Engineering, Building Technology, or arelatedfield.

Severalyearsofprofessionalexperiencein buildingservices,construction,infrastructure, orprojectmanagementenvironments.

Experienceplanning,coordinating,anddeliveringtechnicalconstructionorinfrastructureprojects.

Stronganalyticalandconceptualthinkingskills,withaninterestindevelopingandimplementingnewsolutions.

Demonstratednegotiationskills, soundjudgment,andtheabilitytoinfluenceprojectoutcomeseffectively.
