Present in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, the Centre Patronal is a company serving businesses and the private economy, offering services in the fields of social insurance, occupational benefits, legal and economic advice, as well as training.

As part of the development of its activities, Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company specialising in human resources management and pension funds.

To strengthen our IT team at Trianon based in Nyon (VD), which will move to the Paudex site at the beginning of 2027, we are looking for a .NET Backend Developer (m/f).

You will join a team working in a modern technical environment, where architecture, code quality and performance are at the heart of development. We develop web applications based on REST APIs, relying on .NET 10 / C# (Clean Architecture, CQRS, DDD), Angular 22, RabbitMQ and SQL Server, all supported by DevOps practices, CI/CD and automated testing for reliable, secure and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain robust, secure and high-performance backend services in .NET
• Develop and expose reliable APIs adhering to architectural standards
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews and automated tests
• Collaborate with Product, QA and business teams to ensure quality deliverables
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, processes and Agile practices within a Scrum / SAFe framework

Your profile

• Higher education (university of applied sciences or equivalent) in computer science
• Minimum 3 years of experience in backend .NET / C# development
• Familiar with DevOps practices (TeamCity, Octopus Deploy)
• Good knowledge of REST APIs, service-oriented architectures
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, rigour, pragmatism and a collaborative spirit
