100% PPE Manager
You have solid experience in technical property management, so join our team.
Job description:
- Maintain current mandates by ensuring a high level of service quality
- Set the agenda for general meetings and ensure the sending of invitations
- Chair the general meetings of the PPE, draft the minutes and ensure the proper execution of all points voted on at the meetings
- Control and validate the accounts of the PPE while assisting the accountants
- Coordinate building maintenance through regular inspections and produce reports
- Manage and supervise the work of concierges on site
- Handle claims
- Manage all administrative aspects related to works (property software Quorum, OnBase, Homepad, Immodata, Tayo, etc.)
- Manage contracts and maintenance subscriptions with external service providers
- Assess work needs, analyse quotes and conduct negotiations with companies, in agreement with Management
- Plan and monitor construction sites; control the proper execution of works
- Act as liaison between property development and companies to resolve defects after construction
Your profile:
- At least three years of experience in a Swiss property management company or equivalent experience
- Technical training in real estate as well as prior experience in PPE management are real assets for this position
- Having technical training in real estate and previous management of a PPE portfolio would be an advantage
- Recognised qualifications (USPI, APGCI or equivalent) would be a plus
- Strong writing skills
- Highly motivated and excellently organised
- Ability to anticipate and plan. Good stress resistance
- Customer service oriented with listening skills and empathy
- Excellent command of IT tools; knowledge of Quorum is an asset
- Native French speaker with knowledge of English
- Motivated to join a close-knit and competent team
