For Senevita Birsgarten we are looking for an intern WMS starting August 1, 2026 or by arrangement

Intern WMS

Your tasks

Work at the reception: Receive and process inquiries from residents/relatives and external customers
Assist with resident administration: master data maintenance, service recording
Assist accounting: booking, cash management
Process resident/customer data
Handle daily mail/internal distribution
Various administrative tasks and correspondence
Assist sales/marketing and rental management

What you bring

Commitment and independence

Good communication skills and manners
MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
