Deputy Head of the Bankruptcy Office, 70-100%
As deputy to the head of the Bankruptcy Office, you will independently manage demanding bankruptcy proceedings and actively contribute to the professional and organisational development of the office.
Your tasks:
- Independent management of demanding bankruptcy proceedings
- Ensuring efficient and service-oriented processing of proceedings; further development and optimisation of administrative business processes (incoming processing, case data, file management, deadline control, etc.)
- Representation of the Bankruptcy Office towards courts, creditors, authorities and other stakeholders
- Professional support and guidance of employees in daily business
- Participation in organisational and strategic issues of the office; deputising for the head of the Bankruptcy Office
What you bring:
- Several years of professional experience in bankruptcy matters advantageous
- Federal specialist certificate in debt enforcement and bankruptcy (SVBBK) or willingness to obtain it
- Precise, structured and independent working style
- Resilience, assertiveness and decisiveness
- Strong analytical thinking and organisational skills
- Collegial, constructive and solution-oriented personality with high social competence
