About the job
The Adullam Foundation is a leading institution for geriatric medicine, therapy and nursing in Northwestern Switzerland. It operates a hospital and an affiliated care centre each in Basel and Riehen. The approximately 800 employees offer elderly people a regionally unique all-round care from acute medicine through rehabilitation to transitional and long-term care. Holistic care at Adullam includes a high quality standard, lived humanity and great respect for old age.
After many years of dedicated service, our long-standing post holder is retiring. With great gratitude for his valuable contribution, we would like to fill this important role anew – with a personality who combines professional competence, empathy and joy in the further development of nursing.
Our work is guided by a clear claim: The dignity, quality of life and safety of our elderly patients are at the centre of our actions. For this, we need people who share their knowledge, inspire others and develop nursing as a profession with conviction.

For our hospital in Riehen, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a personality who strengthens our nursing teams professionally, actively shapes developments and, together with the nursing experts and the interprofessional teams, advances evidence-based and human-centred nursing.
