About Diktus. We are a young Swiss startup building AI for medical practices. With the Diktus Assistant, doctors and medical practice assistants chat directly with their practice software: summarising cases, writing letters,
filling out MedForms forms, filing mail. Additionally, there are the Listener and Whisper for dictations. Everything runs in Switzerland.

What you will do with us

• You conduct demos in medical practices, both on-site and online, showing how the Diktus Assistant eases daily practice routines.
• You contact practices, arrange appointments, and maintain relationships with our clients.
• You support new practices during onboarding: training the team, first weeks, answering everyday questions.
• You are the first point of contact for support requests and know the product so well that you can resolve most questions yourself.
• You take care of marketing: content for diktus.ch, blog posts, newsletters, and social media.
• You assist us administratively, for example in CRM, with quotations, and scheduling appointments.

What you bring

• You enjoy talking to people and present yourself confidently, even to a doctor who has ten minutes between two patients.
• You have experience in sales, customer success, support, or marketing. Experience in healthcare, for example as a medical practice assistant, is a big plus.
• You learn new software quickly. You don’t need to programme. You write well and enjoy writing in German and understand Swiss German.
• You work independently, are proactive, and like the pace of a startup.
• You have a driving licence, as part of the work takes place in practices.
