Commercial training in the insurance sector or many years of experience in insurance mandatory (pension area advantageous)
Passed intermediary examination (VBV) mandatory
Willingness to undertake regular further training
Enjoyment in expanding existing customer relationships
Reliable, resilient personality combined with an efficient working style
High commitment as well as customer and service orientation
Convincing appearance with enjoyment in dealing with people
Positive and winning manner, sales flair
Good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages advantageous
