Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH without Case Management in Evening & Weekend Service

Tasks

• You will take on the evening responsibility for the evening team and the clients of the area during your shift.
• You ensure qualified and resource-oriented care and support for our clients.
• You support and guide clients and their relatives, even in complex situations.
• You perform on-call duties with telephone professional responsibility.

Profile

• Completed tertiary education such as Dipl. Nursing Specialist FH/HF or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in nursing
• Enjoyment and interest in working with elderly people
• Knowledge of MS Office and Perigon is an advantage
• Driving licence category B
