To further develop our area of responsibility and strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual for operations dispatch. Start date 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

What you can achieve.

• Together with your team colleagues, you ensure forward-looking and high-quality duty, holiday and deployment planning for our driving service employees, thereby making a significant contribution to reliable operations.
• As a competent contact person, you support our employees with questions and concerns regarding their deployment planning. In addition, you efficiently coordinate short-term duty coverage and find suitable solutions even in cases of absence.
• You ensure that legal requirements and regulations such as AZG, AZGV and GAV are always complied with and guarantee reliable recording of working hours, absences and duty adjustments.
• With your sensitivity to different interests, you find solutions that meet both the company’s requirements and employee satisfaction. You ensure smooth and timely information flow between the involved persons and departments.
• You work according to defined processes and standards, actively contribute your organisational talent and ensure smooth operations with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

What you bring with you.

• You have completed vocational training or a comparable qualification, ideally related to public transport.
• You have experience in planning and dispatching resources or are motivated to acquire in-depth knowledge of dispatch systems.
• Good German language skills and confident use of IT applications support you in your daily work.
• You convince with your service-oriented, communicative and assertive personality and find suitable solutions even in demanding situations.
• Networked thinking, organisational talent and high social competence characterise you and make you a valued contact person for employees and internal stakeholders.
