to build on this strong foundation and actively shape the future. You will be responsible for the financial and digital development of the three operational companies and, together with your six-member team, ensure the professional and modern orientation of your department. As a sparring partner for the management, you create the basis for well-founded decisions with analyses, key figures, and business transparency. At the same time, you take on central tasks in budgeting, financial planning, controlling, reporting, and consolidation. You initiate and manage cross-departmental projects and make a significant contribution to further increasing effectiveness and efficiency. In addition, you are a trusted contact person for the owners.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial personality who takes responsibility, shapes change, and feels comfortable in an SME with short decision-making paths. You have sound expertise in finance and accounting, possess a strong IT affinity, and have experience in project management. A degree in business administration at the university of applied sciences level or a comparable qualification, as well as practical experience in a similar role, form the ideal basis for this versatile position.
