Sales Back Office Clerk (60-80%)

Your tasks

• Processing customer orders from entry to invoicing
• Telephone advice for trade customers and consumers
• Order processing with suppliers
• Maintenance of article and master data as well as product launches
• Creation of sales documents, price lists and mailings
• Support in the care of key accounts
• General administrative tasks in sales back office

You bring with you

• Commercial training, further education in sales is an advantage
• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the consumer goods sector
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems
• Good French, English is an advantage
• Structured, independent working style and high customer orientation
