Your Role

You are the central hub of administration and ensure that all processes in reception, import/export, accounting, sales, human resources and secretarial work run smoothly. With your organisational talent and service orientation, you support the team and contribute significantly to keeping our processes efficient and professional, both internally and externally. As a vocational trainer, you accompany and promote our commercial apprentices and thus actively contribute to the training of the next generation.

What We Expect

• Must-have: Commercial basic training (commercial clerk with federal certificate of proficiency). Unfortunately, applications without this basic training cannot be considered and will not be pursued further.
• Good knowledge of accounting and export is an advantage
• Proficient use of ERP systems, MS Office and customs management systems
• Very good German and English skills
• Enjoy structuring processes and efficiently bringing things to completion
• Independent and responsible personality with an open, service-oriented manner
