We have the ideal position for you as

Operational Support Scientist

Your responsibilities essentially include:

Support in implementing the new Annex 1 requirements in routine
Creating change requests, coordinating necessary actions, and monitoring progress
Leading and participating in projects that affect the specialist area
Creating or updating SOPs, procedures, and work instructions, as well as monitoring the training status of employees
Investigating deviations and writing deviation reports
Compiling and evaluating electronic data
Supporting the area during regulatory inspections

You bring the following qualifications and professional experiences:

Completed natural science (e.g., pharmacy, chemistry, biology) degree (university or FH) or several years of experience in the field
Ideally, initial professional experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industry and in a GMP environment
Independent working style, quick comprehension in dealing with new topics
Ability to tackle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain an overview in hectic situations
Proactive personality that knows how to handle uncertainties, question existing processes, and make suggestions
Team-oriented person who communicates clearly and openly and actively involves their stakeholders
Fluent in German and good English skills (spoken and written)
