What I drive
Building up and sustainably expanding market shares – especially in the German and Austrian markets – for solutions in the field of force and strain measurement through active customer development, technical consulting, and comprehensive project support.
Sales & Business Development
- Support and expansion of existing and new customers in cooperation with our sales companies
- Active identification and development of new business potentials
- Implementation of sales strategies in defined target industries (e.g. mechanical engineering, automation, metal industry, packaging industry, mobile machines, presses, etc.)
Technical Consulting
- Analysis of customer-specific requirements in the field of force and strain measurement
- Development and presentation of suitable sensor and system solutions
- Support with integration, testing, and commissioning
Project Management
- Support of customer projects from inquiry to series implementation
- Technical and commercial clarification of offers
- Close cooperation with internal & external specialist departments
Market & Competitor Monitoring
- Analysis of market trends and competitors
- Participation in trade fairs and industry events
What it takes
- Completed degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics) or equivalent
- Experience in technical sales, ideally in sensor technology, measurement technology or automation
- Knowledge in force or strain measurement is desirable, understanding of industrial applications and processes is essential
- Approximately 50% travel activity in Germany and Austria
- Fluent in German and English
