Payments & Cash Operations Specialist

Your Role
Timely and accurate execution of payment orders
Perform other financial transactions and cash management services
Drive interactions with internal customers
Process improvement
Covering shift duties between 05:30 and 23:00 is considered an important prerequisite to optimally support the long operating hours
Topics such as macros and robotics have recently gained importance and will massively influence the development of payment transactions
Processing of incoming and outgoing payments in all currencies including corrections, controls, cancellations and returns
Recording all necessary data for the respective investigations with the various systems as well as information exchange with customer advisors or internal partners

Your Knowledge and Experience

Experience in payments and/or accounting
Communicative, flexible, open, critical, team-oriented and agile
Methodical and systematic working style and questioning processes
Reliable working style as well as customer- and service-oriented thinking
Technical flair as well as good experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in German and English, French and Italian an advantageWrite down the desired candidate's experience>
