Job Description:
Vendor Marketing Manager 80–100 % (m/f/d)
Cham ZG · Hybrid · Start immediately or by arrangement
Marketing that drives business – not just campaigns.
Ingram Micro is the world’s leading IT distributor. In Switzerland, we bring over 180 manufacturers and more than 60,000 products to the specialist trade – from Data Centre, Cyber Security and Enterprise Infrastructure to Software or UCC and Cloud. In our Value Business, it’s not about volume, but about solutions that require explanation and real projects.
That’s exactly where we are looking for you: You turn manufacturer budgets into measurable business.
Your role
You are the interface between our manufacturers, sales and product management, and our international marketing teams. You identify where growth potential lies, develop marketing programmes from it, win over the manufacturers – including budget – and ensure that the end results are measurable. Your role does not include any leadership responsibility.
You work in a three-person team and report to the Head of Marketing.
What you do with us
Business Development & Vendor Management
- Identify growth and marketing potential together with our business units and manufacturers
- Position and sell our marketing programmes to international manufacturers
- Advise manufacturers on modern B2B marketing and demand generation concepts
- Win, manage and properly document manufacturer budgets
Programmes & Stakeholders
Take responsibility for marketing programmes from idea to success measurement
Manage implementation together with our regional and global marketing teams
Coordinate between local stakeholders and international teams
Performance & Business Impact
Define relevant marketing KPIs, evaluate campaign results and derive optimisations
Ensure that our marketing activities create measurable added value for manufacturers, partners and the Value Business
Inspire sales and product management to see marketing as a growth tool
What you bring
At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, vendor/partner management or sales
Commercial thinking: You recognise business potential and turn it into a concrete programme
Persuasiveness: You win manufacturers and internal stakeholders for your ideas and bring different interests together
Confident handling of marketing KPIs, reporting and ROI considerations
Very good German and English, spoken and written
Nice to have, but not essential
Experience in the IT/technology environment or distribution
Know-how in demand generation and partner marketing
Further training or studies in marketing, business or sales
French language skills
Don’t meet every point? Apply anyway. We look at potential, not checkmarks.
What we offer you
80-100% possible, flexible working hours and hybrid working (2 days home office per week possible)
6 weeks holiday
A role with direct business impact at one of the largest technology companies in the world
Collaboration with leading manufacturers in the IT industry and colleagues from all over Europe
Flat hierarchies, informal culture and short decision-making paths
Comprehensive onboarding and further training ("Workday Learning" platform, own programmes, etc.)
Workplace Cham ZG, free parking
How to apply
Send us your CV – that’s enough to start. A cover letter is not a must, but a nice-to-have.
Application via our platform Workday Recruiting.
