Department: Education
Start date: October 13, 2025 or by arrangement
What you can achieve with us
Together with a motivated team consisting of educational specialists, you will intensively support a 17-year-old adolescent on the autism spectrum, with cognitive impairments as well as self- and externally-directed challenging behavior, in his school day. You accompany the adolescent in a 1:1 setting and therefore do not work in a fixed class group. After the orientation period, you will also be involved in some lessons in a class in the Sehen Plus area in addition to the individual setting. In doing so, you support the class teacher in lessons and participate in meetings as well as school events and projects.
What you bring with you
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic personality with training in social pedagogy or as a care specialist. Ideally, you have already gained experience in working with people on the autism spectrum and with challenging behaviors. You are characterized by an independent and reliable way of working and are physically and mentally resilient. You enjoy contributing as part of a team. At the same time, you also like to work independently and sometimes on your own. You can approach the challenges related to supporting the student with the necessary professionalism and calmness.
