Vocational Training Specialist / Deputy Trainer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Professional support and supervision of our apprentices in the production area
• Support of the trainer and deputising during their absence
• Planning, organisation and implementation of training units
• Conveying specialist, methodological and safety knowledge
• Promotion and assessment of apprentices in their professional development
• Participation in the recruitment of apprentices and conducting trial apprenticeships
• Work in production as well as support with demanding manufacturing tasks
• Setting up, operating and programming machines
• Performing tasks in drilling, CNC drilling, turning, CNC turning, milling and CNC milling
• Thread cutting, deburring, grinding as well as broaching and slotting of keyways
• Carrying out quality controls, measurements and tests with modern measuring instruments and height gauges
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures

Your profile:

• Completed basic mechanical training EFZ
• Experience in mechanical manufacturing
• Trainer course advantageous
• Good knowledge in CNC machining, metrology and quality awareness
• Confident handling of common IT applications
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• High social competence as well as patience and understanding in dealing with young people
• Team-oriented, committed and responsible personality
• Role model regarding quality, occupational safety and corporate culture
