Head of Sales Wood Adhesives (m/f/d) 100%

We are looking for a market maker. Someone who knows the Swiss wood market, inspires customers and grows sustainably together with their team.

This could be your next challenge.
At Collano, you take over an established market segment with a well-known brand and proven products. You build on strong customer relationships and trust developed over many years. You will further develop both with your own personal touch.

You are where our business is created: with the customer.
For you, success is not measured by the number of customer visits, but by the customers who will still be working with Collano in five years.

What you will achieve with us

• You personally manage our most important key accounts and turn them into long-term partnerships. At the same time, you open up new joineries, timber construction companies and strategic customers for Collano.
• You lead three sales consultants and one application technician. Not through hierarchy, but through trust, clarity and shared goals.
• With your network in the Swiss wood industry, you recognise trends early, bring market impulses into the company and help to successfully further develop our solutions.
• Together with development, production and marketing communication, you ensure that ideas become successful products and satisfied customers.
