- You competently and personally support specialist dealers in German-speaking and Western Switzerland
- You independently process orders in German and French
- Written and telephone correspondence with customers is part of your daily routine
- As a hub between customers and production, you ensure that information reaches where it is needed
- During quieter periods, especially in winter, you actively participate in various projects
Requirements Profile
- You have completed basic training as well as commercial or technical further education
- You communicate confidently in German and have French skills for supporting Western Switzerland
- You are proficient with ERP systems and quickly find your way around digital processes
- You work independently, reliably, and precisely, keeping an overview even with multiple tasks
- You are an open, committed personality and enjoy working in a team
