What you will do with us
- Independent management of a portfolio (residential + commercial)
- First point of contact for owners and tenants
- Leasing, cost management, vacancy management
- Collaboration with accounting and construction management
What you bring with you
MUST-HAVE
- Professional certificate in property management
- 3-4 years of experience, focus on residential properties
- Confident knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
- Solution-oriented communication
NICE TO HAVE
- GARAIO REM | MS 365
- Technical building understanding
