LUBAG AG is an established and dynamic property management company based in Lucerne. With a dedicated team, we manage around 3,000 properties in the areas of condominium ownership, rental properties, and commercial real estate. If you have an interest in real estate, are motivated and reliable, this is your chance.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of a varied property portfolio consisting of residential and commercial properties
• Preparation of rental contracts, annexes, and amendments
• Apartment handovers / inspections
• Coordination of maintenance and repair work
• Rent control for new and renewed leases
• Contact person for owners, tenants, craftsmen, and authorities
• Ensuring efficient and professional communication with all stakeholders

• Several years of experience in property management
• Property manager with a federal professional certificate (or in training) or comparable further education
• Very good IT user skills (MS Office, RIMO R5 advantageous)
• Good knowledge of tenancy law and experience in supporting construction/renovation projects
• Independent, resilient, and team-oriented personality with a structured working method
• Driving licence category B
