Cybersecurity Specialist (m/f/d) - 80% to 100%

About the job

To sustainably protect the IT infrastructure, systems and data assets against
threats, the team is being expanded. In the Mittelland region, a committed and competent individual is sought as a Cybersecurity
Specialist at the earliest possible date:

• Monitoring, analysing and defending against current cyber threats
  and security incidents (Incident Response)
• Conducting regular vulnerability analyses, risk assessments and
  technical security audits
• Further developing and implementing our company-wide cybersecurity
  policies and emergency plans
• Maintaining and optimising the security infrastructure such as SIEM, EDR,
  firewalls and endpoint protection
• Planning and conducting security awareness campaigns as well as
  training for employees
• Accompanying and supporting internal and external audits according to common
  standards such as ISO/IEC 27001

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a
  comparable technical qualification with a focus on information security
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in
  operating Security Operation Centres (SOC)
• Sound knowledge in network security, cloud security (e.g.
  Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS) and common attack vectors
• Relevant certifications are an advantage, for example CISSP, CEH, CISM
  or a corresponding Swiss federal professional certificate
• Analytical thinking, structured working style and strong
  problem-solving skills
• Fluent German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and
  written form
