About the job

To complement our team in Winterthur, we are looking for you!

You will present our products, services and company visually and content-wise in an impactful way. With creativity, technical understanding and a feel for good stories, you will develop content for various channels, write website texts and success stories, and contribute your ideas to our communication and marketing activities. You can expect a varied role with plenty of creative freedom and the opportunity to actively shape our brand.

These are your tasks:

• You create versatile content for our website, LinkedIn, newsletters and other communication channels
• You write website texts, newsletters and success stories, ensuring clear, convincing and consistent communication
• You develop SEO-optimised content and implement basic SEO measures
• You plan, produce and edit photos, videos, teasers and success stories – from the idea to publication
• You design flyers, brochures, presentations, factsheets and other marketing materials, consistently applying our CI/CD
• You support our marketing in various marketing projects
• You are responsible for conducting our webinars and managing our webinar studio including camera, lighting, workstations and livestreams
• You assist with marketing activities, events as well as student and career fairs

This is what your profile looks like to us:

• Education or experience in content creation, marketing, communication or multimedia
• Creative flair for language, storytelling, image, video and design
• Good knowledge of SEO and content optimisation as well as understanding how content is prepared for search engines
• Very good skills in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro; ideally also After Effects and Audition
• Technical understanding of photo, video, webinar and livestream productions
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Initiative, creativity and enjoyment in implementing new ideas
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
