As reinforcement for our team, we are looking for a technically strong personality who leads an interdisciplinary development team and actively shapes technical topics.
You can expect a versatile role with practical relevance, responsibility, and scope for design.


Your area of responsibility

• Leading a development team of approximately 5–8 employees
• Managing and prioritising development tasks
• Designing mechanical assemblies and technical functions from concept to implementation
• Developing technical solutions in the interplay of mechanics, electronics, and automation
• Ensuring manufacturability, quality, and technical feasibility
• Collaborating with production, assembly, project management, and other departments

Your qualifications

• Technical training in mechanical engineering, design, mechatronics, or automation
• Advanced technical education (HF/FH), degree, or comparable practical experience
• Experience in development, design, or specification of technical products, systems, or machines
• Experience in project management, team coordination, or technical leadership
• Understanding of mechanics as well as interfaces to electronics, electrical engineering, and automation
• Practical experience in design, production, and assembly
