The Merian Iselin Clinic is a state-of-the-art private clinic in Basel, specialising in the medical fields of orthopaedics, surgery, and urology.

ATTENTION: Unfortunately, we cannot consider last-minute applications. Please note that applications for taster internships must be submitted at least 2 months before the planned start of the internship.
Your main tasks
- You will gain diverse insights into a specialist area of your choice (nursing, physiotherapy, operating theatre, radiology, or kitchen)
- You will become familiar with their fields of activity and gain practical experience
Your internship path
You can choose from the following internships:
- Taster internship nursing, duration: 5 days from January to June
- Taster internship physiotherapy, duration: 1–2 days
- Taster internship operating theatre, duration: 1–2 days; minimum age 18 years
- Taster internship radiology, duration: 1–3 days; minimum age 18 years
- Taster internship kitchen, duration 5 days
- Taster internship medical device technology, duration 2 days
