MBG Verwaltungs AG manages the entire property portfolio as a 100% subsidiary of the Mieter-Baugenossenschaft Basel, which has been providing cooperative housing for almost 100 years. These demanding services are also offered to external partners with a cooperative background, tailored to their individual needs.

Marketing & Communications Employee (80-100%)

Your tasks include

• Implementation and management of all marketing and communication measures internally as well as for third parties
• Development, management, and maintenance of various communication channels, especially social media, as well as maintenance and further development of the website
• Development and implementation of targeted measures for new customer acquisition and customer care in the marketing area
• Participation in the further development of the department and optimisation of existing processes
• Planning, creation, and preparation of brochures and other communication materials including content, image selection, and layout review
• Review, development, and implementation of cooperations
• Collaboration with external advertising agencies and other partners
• Support in first-level IT support and IT-related concerns of employees
• Development, control, and adherence to the marketing budget

You bring with you

• Commercial basic training with further education in marketing (e.g. FA Marketing, certified marketing manager HF) as well as professional experience in marketing
• You are a creative personality who is not afraid of conceptual work
• You enjoy a varied range of tasks, think along, and keep an overview
• You are an organisational talent with a structured, independent, and precise way of working
• You have confident German language skills in spoken and written form
• Basic IT knowledge and interest in digital topics are an advantage
